As the name suggests,36% ZrO2 can be inspected in fused cast AZS 36 block and its raw material is zircon sand and industrial alumina powder. Due to two casting method ZWS and WS, fused cast AZS 36 block has little shrinkage cavities, compact structure,more dense part, low apparent porosity, high refractoriness and excellent corrosion resistance. So fused cast AZS 36 refractory block usually be used in key part which exposed to glass liquid like feed port, discharge pot, melting pool, tank side wall etc.
