Fused cast AZS 33 block  introduction

Fused cast AZS 33 block is widely used in glass furnace. It is produced by electrical furnace in high temperature with zircon sand and industrial alumina powder as its raw material and with other mixed material under certain ration, fused cast AZS block (ZrO2 30% ) has the characters of high melting point, low thermal conductivity, chemical durability, excellent corrosion resistance to glass liquid and not pollute it. All these advantages meet the glass furnace’s request. 


Fused cast AZS 33 block application 

Fused cast AZS 33 block mainly used in wall of melting part in glass furnace, breast wall, tank bottom pave brick and other important parts. 

Fused cast AZS 33 block have four cast method, with different method fused cast AZS 33 block has different usage. 

(a) under PT method, fused cast AZS 33 block usually made into tuckstone, nozzle block, feeder channel , breast wall and other hole bricks; 

(b) using QX method, fused cast AZS 33 block mainly be made as tank wall block; 

(c) using ZWS and WS. AZS-33# brick usually be made as C-shape brick, smelting tank block and tank side wall brick.
